For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a product that was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
